Brazilian Keratin Treatment

Good morning sunshines! The topic I'm about to discuss on this beautiful thursday morning is Brazilian Keratin!
To those of us women who have bad wavy or curly hair, this treatment is a gift from God! Personally, I'm sick and tired of straightening my hair 24/7. Plus, I want them to look silky and shiny like those Wella adds.
I haven't tried this yet, but the time has come. On Tuesday, April 1st I'm going to post photos of how my amazing friend-hairdresser applied it on me.
The thrilling fact about Brazilian Keratin is that it has nothing to do with chemicals! It won't ruin your hair. It will make them soft, straight and shiny. I mean, who doesn't want that?

Back to College Bags

We women tend to literally tote our entire lives around our bags. There are no limits when it comes to how many items we can pull out of our purses. And if you're going back to college next month, you'd better find that perfect bag that applies to all of your needs. Walking to and from classes all day requires a tote that you can carry a day's worth of textbooks, beauty products and necessities. That said, I've rounded up some of the prettiest and most practical totes I could find, just for your shopping pleasure.

How To Spot Fake Juicy Couture Items

This is a basic guide to help you spot fake Juicy Couture clothing. If you're paying for Juicy clothes then you definitely want them to be authentic!

All Juicy Couture Clothing tags are color coded according to size:

X Large - Light Blue
Large - Green
Medium - Beige
Small - Orange
Petite (X Small) - Pink

This is the easiest way to spot a fake. Most fake tags are orange. New Juicy tags will have a TM at the end of the scroll on the right side. New Juicy tags will have a (R) in the scroll after “JUICY COUTURE.”

A Note on Juicy Sizing:

Juicy generally runs small. The sizing charts for the sweat pants are pretty accurate:

(Women’s)
X Large - 14
Large – 10 / 12
Medium – 6 / 8
Small – 2 / 4
Petite (X Small) – 0

The hoodies once again, run small, and are cut/designed for tall, slim frame. If you have any semblance of curves, you’ll generally need to buy larger sizes. Case and point: I’m a small in most women’s tops, but I’m an XL/L in Juicy hoodies. If you are having trouble finding a larger size, try Juicy’s maternity, where the sizes start out much bigger.

Brand New With Tags:

Juicy tags are GOLD (Well, you could even say they’re a metallic-y yellow), but not matte yellow. Most fake tags are easy to spot. Keep a set of authentic tags for reference.

For this Friday morning chose to wear a pair of white skinny jeans with a logo T-shirt and a shirt. Loafers or ballerina shoes are the perfect choice for this casual, yet elegant, look.

Beyoncé as Mrs. Carter in H&M - H&M Summer Collection

“I’ve always liked H&M’s focus on fun and affordable fashion. I really loved the concept we collaborated on to explore the different emotions of women represented by the four elements – fire, water, earth and wind. It was a beautiful shoot on a tropical island. It felt more like making a video than a commercial,” says Beyoncé.

“H&M’s summer campaign starring Beyoncé is an epic fantasy, with glamour, drama and also a sense of paradise. It was amazing to watch her on the shoot make it all look effortless – a quality that makes her such an icon for women around the world. The campaign is the essence of Beyoncé, and also the essence of H&M this summer,” says Donald Schneider, Creative Director, H&M.

“In the campaign Beyoncé is wearing the key pieces from H&M you need for life in the sun this summer,” says Ann-Sofie Johansson, Head of Design, H&M. “There’s the perfect bodycon dress, as well as a flowing sun dress that makes a real statement. And of course there are the bikinis, especially the fringed bikini. What makes these pieces even more special is that Beyoncé herself had input into the design, and they are full of her own personal style.”

The summer campaign features swimwear and beachwear pieces as well as a tie-dye bikini from this summer’s H&M for Water collection. 25% of sales from the H&M for Water collection will be donated to H&M for WaterAid. Since 2002, H&M’s initiative with WaterAid has raised £2,650,000. The campaign images were shot in Nassau in the Bahamas by photographers Inez & Vinoodh, while the commercial was directed by Jonas Åkerlund. The commercial highlights the opposing nature of the four basic elements and will be available to view online in its entirety, with edited versions for TV. The commercial also features a new song from Beyoncé, Standing On The Sun.
